1:1 Ukulele and Piano Therapy Mentoring
In the 1:1 Ukulele and Piano therapy Mentoring with me you will learn to play the chosen instrument through a deep and enjoyable methodology, which integrates different disciplines and alternative therapies.
We will focus on developing the inner ear through music appreciation and improvisation, creation, composition and mindfulness activities.
We will also work on the projection and tuning of our voice, and we will include body work within the practice.
This way, the approach to the instrument and music will occur through activities that will also bring benefits to your life with their daily practice, such as stress reduction, work on emotions, and the pleasure of connecting with the sound from your own feeling.

What is 1:1 Mentoring like?
The 1:1 Piano or Ukulele Therapy Mentoring meetings are held online, individually and personalized, and they last 50 minutes each one. In the first meeting we will chat about your personal goals and carry out some introductory activities with the chosen instrument, combined with breathing and mindfulness activities.
The meetings can be weekly or biweekly, coordinating a fixed day and time, to better organize ourselves.
It is not necessary to have prior knowledge to start, but it is required to have the instrument (since the sessions are online and you will need to play the instrument at home, or from wherever you watch them).
Frequent Questions
The meetings are held via video call via Zoom. They last 50 minutes, and we can do them from anywhere in the world.
As each person is unique and all processes are different, we coordinate the frequency in the first meeting, according to the needs you bring (it can be weekly or biweekly).
