In these 4 introductory meetings to Therapeutic Somatic Singing, we will learn different respiratory and vocal techniques from the East and West, with the aim of exploring the different therapeutic facets of our voice. We will see how our emotions and beliefs influence it, and we will practice breathing, body and vocal exercises to activate our vital energy, working on different energy points in our body.

4 recorded theoretical/practical masterclasses, where we will learn the fundamentals of Therapeutic Somatic Singing, Vibroacoustics and the acoustics of sound, we will explore the relationship with our own voice and practice breathing, resonance and somatic singing exercises.
We will also learn to tonify the vital energy in our Chakras through the voice, we will explore the fundamentals of pelvic singing and we will practice it using different Eastern resonance techniques, we will perform vocalizations with Western singing techniques, and we will end with the singing of Mantras.

About me...
I was always in love with music. I grew up playing the piano and composing, sometimes songs, other times instrumental music. All of that took me to pursue a professional degree, and I fell in love with the magic of teaching. Soon the ukulele was added and a rediscovery of my own voice as part of the manifestation and expression of my sound universe.
From a traumatic experience, life introduced me to the path of alternative therapies. I graduated from Traditional Chinese Medicine and managed to transform the understanding of my reality. I began to accompany individual processes, and continued training in other therapies such as Rebirthing and Trauma treatment.
Focusing on integrating my knowledge and experience, a few years ago I developed a method that combines different frequencies and vibrations to work on different mental, emotional and physical symptoms.
I founded Sonido Raíz™ as a safe space to connect with our interior from sensitivity, love and presence.
Today, I want to share with you everything that helped me transform my reality and live more fully.
