What is it about?
If you have never meditated, or want to try expanding your practices, this challenge is for you.
We are going to meditate together for 5 consecutive days, in which we will receive the medicine of sound and breathing.
You will have access to 5 Videos (which will be enabled one by day) with mini breathing exercises, belonging to the Kriyas and Pranayamas of Yoga, and mini sound meditations, each related to Wu Xing, the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The goal of this challenge will be to include meditation in your daily routine, as a beneficial habit. Meditating allows us to relax and reduce stress, focus, care for and amplify our vital energy, and connect with the wonderful world of our feelings.
