In this Ukulele & Breathwork Week, we’ll explore different exercises that will help us get closer to playing the ukulele, working with our breathing as we explore new ways to practice for a deeper connection with the instrument.
Conscious breathing practice (breathwork) helps regulate our nervous system, enhancing our learning capacity and strengthening our lungs and immune system.
This approach also allows us to experience the rhythmic patterns of strumming and picking chords in conjunction with our breathing and heart rhythms.
